When I studied architecture design during my undergraduate years, I found myself interested in observing and imagining how different people would interact with the place and people were always my primary focus. Since then, I know that I would like to work for things that are “user-centric”, and found my passion in user experience research.

Born and raised in China and having lived in three different countries, I learned how to view a thing from different perspectives. As a UX researcher, I’m passionate about finding the reasons behind people’s different behaviors with the product and making technology more accessible to all. I also enjoy documenting and reflecting on UX-related problems and cases in my daily life via Medium.
